How to present a project you built with AI so other people understand what it does, who it is for, and how to try it. The community showcase that follows the workshops is where you put this into practice.

The workshops at Vibing Sarasota run during the day at the two-day event in February 2027. They cover how to share a project you have built with AI and how to reach the people who could use it.

What the workshops cover
Reaching users
How to find the people who could use your project, ask them what they need, and decide what to change next. Each project category names the users and reviewers it is built for.
Between sessions, builders can work on their projects with people from other disciplines, including people who know the field a project is built for.
Who the workshops are for
Anyone at the event. People can come with a project they have been building with AI, a skill to share, or their curiosity. That includes students, teachers, business owners, nonprofit staff, government employees, researchers, artists and anyone in Sarasota who wants to learn to build with AI.

Lead an AI workshop
We are recruiting workshop leaders now. If you have shipped something with AI, taught people to use these tools, or know how to reach users in a particular field, you can lead a session for builders at the event.
Organizations can also sponsor a workshop by covering its materials, space or tool credits, and send someone from their team to lead it.

Do I need a project to attend a workshop?
No. People are invited to bring a project, a skill to share, or their curiosity. A project helps, because the workshops are about sharing work and reaching the people who could use it.
Are these AI workshops near Tampa?
The event is in Sarasota, Florida, about an hour south of Tampa. It starts at New College of Florida's Applied Data Science Program and is open to the whole community.
How do I propose a workshop?
Use the signup form, choose "Lead a workshop," and describe the session in the notes field. Include the category it fits and the people it is for.
